The Mandarin is a complex citrus fruit. Its aromas vary throughout its life cycle, from flower to unripe to ripe fruit. Our tribute to this gift from the Sicilian land was to reconstruct these aromas in full, eliminating any processing interference.

We would not have succeeded without the contribution of innovation, meaning new extraction methods that, in this particular case, have been put at the service of tradition. With three different essential oils, we recreated the scent of the fruit in all its parts: green mandarin, very delicate and volatile, the complete essential oil, and finally, yellow mandarin.

The olfactory experience is intoxicating. It's like experiencing different seasons at once: the flower, the green leaf, the peel with almost bitter notes, and the sweet pulp. Jasmine, Geranium, and Amber complete the bouquet. The result is a powerful fragrance that transports us to Sicily: it's a beautiful sunny day, the rays warming the fruits and drawing out an enveloping and sweet scent…
