For its design, young watercolor artist and fashion designer Racheal Kats combined the new fashion side of the area with the artistic heritage of Greenwich Village, creating a fabric-style pattern made of intertwined arches, reminiscent of the gold filigree of iconic New York subway tokens. The intense magenta, ruby red, light green, lime green, and chartreuse colors are a tribute to designers' favorite shades.
